All-Business-Letter is a very complete solution for your business that includes hundreds of sample letters to use. The program comes with an extensive library of sample letters divided by categories for a easy exploration and search. All the letters can be completely adapted to your needs and you can save, convert to PDF, print, fax, or email the resulting letter directly from the program. Also, the program includes a fully customizable spell checker, grammar checker, and a thesaurus dictionary to look for synonyms. You can insert your business profile, date and time, file, pictures, lines, symbols, and tables to your letters. Other useful tools include a calculator and an image editor. What is more, the user interface is very nice and extremely easy to use, and it comes with three skins to choose from.
Unfortunately, the demo version only allows you to use some of its functions and it also displays a big black banner over all the letters, but you can have an idea of what the program is about.
